Slide 15:

This advertisement caught my eye straight away. This particular advertisement consists of a golf corse with a stiletto heel as the golf ball and tee. I feel that this will catch the attention of many different people with a target audience of men and women who play golf or women interested in high heel shoes. The colour in this advertisement is bright and cheerful, there is no shading that would make the picture in question seem dark or mysterious. The perspective from the viewers point of view would want to make them be there, in the moment. The information could have been bigger but the picture is made to catch the eye of the target audience so that when once they have full attention they then read that its actually an advertisement for The 12th Annual Women’s Golf Classic and MasterCard as the sponsor of it.
Slide 19:
This advertisement could be spotted by all ages. This advertisement consists of ‘The Hulks’ hand and wrist with a band-aid on his forefinger. The target audience could be parents but also children. Parents would look at this advertisement and see that the quality of the product must be very good and strong whereas the children looking at this would see ‘The Hulks’ wearing the product so it must be good. The colours in this advertisement are very good for catching the target viewers eyes and it makes a huge statement. The shading indicates that the hand with the band-aid is the focal point, and from the perspective of the viewer it strong and powerful. The placement of information is small in the bottom right-hand corner still in the shot but not the focal point. The combination of text and visual, I feel, works in the advertisements favour.
